Since 2015, GEC partner and dialogue hub Libélula has run Nexos+1, a delegate-led stakeholder forum on sustainability and new approaches to the green economy.
Held in Lima, Peru each year, the two-day event explores how entrepreneurs, policy-makers, civil society and investors can accelerate the transition towards a new kind of economic policy and pragmatism, one that places nature and justice at its core. Very much a practical, hands-on event, Nexos+1 encourages attendees to explore new skills, concepts and practical experience. It aims to:
- INSPIRE with global and national sustainability case studies;
- EDUCATE by the experience of visionary experts from around the world;
- CONNECT a community of sustainability leaders and practitioners, and
- TRANSFORM the status quo and add value to your organization and to the nexos + 1 community.
